These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of
seoindiacompany.co.in (the "Site") and any services
provided by SEO India Company ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Site or engaging our services,
you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide SEO, Google Ads/PPC management, Web Design and Web Development services as
described on our Site. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement
will be confirmed in a separate proposal, quotation or agreement before work begins.
2. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results
SEO and Google Ads results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine
algorithm changes, market competition and platform policies. While we follow proven, white-hat
strategies, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
3. Payments
- Fees for our services are as agreed in the applicable proposal/invoice and are payable in
advance or per the agreed milestone schedule.
- For Google Ads/PPC services, advertising spend is separate from our management fee and is
paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g. Google) unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in pause or suspension of services.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
One-time project fees (e.g. website design/development) already invoiced for work completed
are non-refundable. Monthly retainer services (SEO, PPC) can be cancelled with prior written
notice as agreed at onboarding; fees already paid for the current billing cycle are
non-refundable as they cover work already performed or committed.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals and information reasonably required
for us to deliver the services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. website code, designs)
are transferred to you, excluding any third-party tools, licences, stock assets or our
proprietary frameworks/processes used to deliver the work.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO India Company shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business, arising
from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the
amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the
engagement, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
